As the Producer and one in-charge of the festival submissions, I was attracted to the festival after the name caught my eye.
I liked the idea of what I perceived as a high quality filmmaking category (tight shorts)
and a we’re working on our game but aren’t quite there yet category (loose shorts).
I also like the idea that the festival would put our film in front of many more viewers than a normal location audience based festival.
We are very proud and excited to be the Grand Prize winner for the Summer/Fall/Winter 2016 WRPN.TV Short Film Festival.
